Calendar settings

Use this payload to provide account settings for connecting to a CalDAV-compliant calendar server. These accounts will be added to the device. As with Exchange accounts, users need to manually enter information you omit from the profile, such as their account password, when the profile is installed.

Creating and responding to new calendar invitations from a device is supported for CalDAV servers that support the “calendar-auto-schedule” specification, such as those using the Server app.

The Calendar apps on iOS devices and Mac computers can retrieve calendar information from your company’s CalDAV calendar server.

When the Use SSL option is selected and the server’s SSL certificate isn’t issued by a trusted certificate authority known to the devices, use the Certificates payload to add any root or intermediate certificates that are necessary to validate the server’s SSL certificate.
